Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms keep things fair for everyone. By using Courtbooker.app you agree to them.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. The service

Courtbooker.app lets residents and members of participating residential communities book tennis and padel courts, and manage reservations, waitlists and related notifications.

2. Your account

You need an account linked to a participating community to book a court. Keep your login details safe and make sure your profile information is accurate. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

3. Bookings and fair use

Each community sets its own booking rules, such as how far ahead you can book and how many reservations you can hold. Book only what you will use, and cancel in time if you cannot make it, so others get a chance to play. Community administrators may change or cancel reservations that break the rules.

4. Community bylaws

In addition to these terms, the bylaws and house rules of your community apply to the community and its residents. They govern the use of the courts and facilities; where they are stricter than these terms, the community rules prevail.

5. Applicable laws

The laws and regulations of the country where your residence (community) is located apply to the use of the courts and to your community's rules. These terms are governed by the laws of that same country, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, no disrupting the platform, and no using it for anything unlawful.

7. Liability

We provide the service with care, but as is: we cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. Courtbooker.app is booking software; the courts and facilities themselves are managed by your community, and disputes about their use are between you and your community. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what mandatory law requires.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know via the website. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
