Who we are
Courtbooker.app provides court reservation software for private residential communities. We are the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What data we use
We only process the data we need to run the booking service:
- Account data โ your name, email address, apartment or residence number, and the community you belong to.
- Booking data โ your court reservations and waitlist entries, including dates and times.
- Support messages โ anything you send us through the support form or by email.
- Usage data โ anonymised statistics about how the website is used, collected through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To provide the booking service (performance of a contract): managing your account, reservations, waitlist places and the emails that confirm them.
- To answer your questions (legitimate interest): responding to messages you send us.
- To improve the website (legitimate interest): understanding how visitors use the site so we can make it easier to use.
- To meet legal obligations, where applicable.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum:
Functional cookies
we remember your last selected language and your last selected community, so the site works the way you left it. These are required for the site to function properly.
Google Analytics
one analytics cookie helps us see how the website is used. Its only goal is to help us make the website easier to use. The statistics are aggregated and not used to identify you.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the service providers that keep Courtbooker running:
- Supabase โ secure database and account hosting.
- Resend โ delivering booking and notification emails.
- Google Analytics โ anonymous website usage statistics.
Your community's administrators can see the bookings and resident details they need to manage the courts.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, or ask us to, we delete your personal data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw a consent you gave earlier.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
